US Carrier Return Policy

Domestic Returns & Exchanges

Returns must be authorized and shipped prepaid. A 15% restocking fee will be charged. Only unopened boxes can be considered for return. Our return policy extends to all orders within 60 days of delivery.

Please follow the steps below to initiate the processing of your return:

  1. Send us an email to [email protected]; returns must be authorized before shipping.
  2. If your item has been approved for return, please enclose the packing slip in the item’s original package and mail the item to:

Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will process your return, exchange or give store credit within 7-10 business days. Return credit does not include the original shipping charges. 


Returned items must be in new condition in their original packaging. Items that have been opened or that indicate use will not be accepted for return. 

Sale and Clearance items purchased are non-returnable and non-refundable. We are not liable for return shipping costs nor lost packages without tracking nor are we liable for exchanges or returns sent without a return invoice enclosed. Expedited shipping costs are also non-refundable. Please make note of the tracking number on the return label and keep it for your records.

Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale and Clearance items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
