OVERVIEW
These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) govern all transactions with Wald Imports (“Wald Imports,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) whether conducted through our website, over the phone, by email, in person, or through any other channel. By placing an order with us—whether for standard catalog products or custom goods—you agree to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms supersede and replace any conflicting language in prior versions of our website Terms of Service or printed materials (e.g., catalogs), unless otherwise agreed to in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Wald Imports.

Wald Imports reserves the right to accept or reject any order at our sole discretion. Order confirmation does not signify acceptance—only that we’ve received the request. Final acceptance and fulfillment depend on product availability, credit status, and other business considerations.
3. PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS
We strive to provide accurate descriptions, dimensions, and imagery, but due to the nature of handcrafted goods and supply changes, variations may occur. By ordering, you acknowledge that product variations (including color, size, and finish) are expected within reasonable limits.
4. CUSTOM WORK
Custom or made-to-order products are non-cancellable and non-returnable once production begins. Lead times are estimates and subject to change based on supply chain or manufacturing circumstances. Design ownership for custom goods remains with Wald Imports unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
5. PRICING & PAYMENT
Prices are subject to change without notice. All invoices are due according to the terms stated at the time of sale. Past-due accounts may be charged interest or referred for collections. Wald Imports reserves the right to modify pricing on catalog items and custom goods at any time.
Deposits are required for all future ship date orders and all custom production orders. Once Wald Imports has accepted a future ship date order or custom production order, the deposit is deemed earned and is non-refundable. Deposits secure production capacity, materials, and scheduling specific to the order.
6. SHIPPING & DAMAGES
Shipping terms are FOB origin unless otherwise stated. Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon delivery to the carrier. Any claims for damage or shortages must be reported within 5 business days of delivery. Please retain original packaging for any claim.
7. RETURNS
Returns are accepted on standard products within 30 days of delivery and must be authorized in writing. Restocking fees may apply. Custom products are final sale. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
8. LIMITED LIABILITY
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Wald Imports disclaims all warranties—express or implied—including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our total liability, if any, is strictly limited to the purchase price of the goods sold. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind, including but not limited to lost profits or business interruption.
9. GOVERNING LAW
All transactions are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of our principal place of business.
10. MODIFICATIONS
Wald Imports reserves the right to revise these Terms of Sale at any time. Updates will be posted to our website. Continued business with Wald Imports after any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
